Happy Valentine's Day

 February 14, 2014...Happy Valentine's Day!
What did you do today?

We're still at Port O'Connor, Texas.

Valentine's Day was spent at our condo.  A load of laundry done after finding moisture in our wardrobe slide that had dripped down the wall getting some clothes wet.  So, after some thought and laundry done, things were hung back in a different fashion to prevent them from becoming wet again.  A dear camping friend gave me some pointers on future moisture control.  Guess I'll be making a trip to Dollar Tree.

We have been enjoying the Olympics...especially Hockey (men & women's teams).  To bed early so as to be able to get up early as these games begin around 6 a.m.  Don't want to sleep through them.

Leftover soup was our lunch.  Mid afternoon we turned ON the hot tub and had a nice soak.
Then I cooked dinner...NuWave Oven shake 'n bake chicken breasts, creamed Idahoan potatoes, left-over steamed broccoli/red sweet peppers/carrots, and Cathy half moon cakes for dessert.  I make 8 Cathy cakes to have for the next few days.  Sooo yummy with chocolate chips in the middle.  We love them cold.  I read an online Facebook recipe I want to soon try.  A crazy cake....takes only 3 ingredients.  Here is it....Mix ingredients together.  Pour into greased baking dish and bake @ 350 degrees x 30 (+/-) minutes.  FB said it was like a pudding cake.  Sounds good!
3 eggs
1 box cake mix of choice
1 can pie filling of choice

Today was go to Port Lavaca for gas and groceries at H-E-B.  Picked up a roll of hamburger.  So, tomorrow moring I'll be cooking out on the picnic table preparing the meat/onions/peppers/garlic to have for tacco filling.  Will freeze a couple bags for later.  Also picked up a box of Jiffy pizza mix as J wants to try his hand at homemade pizza.  I bought a small rolling pin the other week to be able to roll out my dough in a descent mannor.  Last time we rolled out dough I was using a glass.  LOL  I'm looking forward to making some more Upside Down personal pan pizzas in my new pans from CW.  Yes, I love my kitchen gadgets.  :D

Enjoying having some windows open.  Take care.  Travel safe.  See you by the campfire.
