Sunset at Balmorhea SP was beautiful and there was fog on the water when we left heading to Deming, NM.
Terrain changing again. Here was a unique Rest Area with tee pee picnic table cover.
The Southweatern bridge and wall art always catches my eye.
El Rancho Lobo RV Park near Deming, NM, was our next stop. We traveled 2 1/2 miles down a dirt/rock good road thru an open range working cattle ranch to our fenced in adult campground.

Very unique with friendly hosts and campers.
After dropping our rig...we decided to check out Rockhound SP as I wanted a closer view of the snow on the mountains. Rockhound was nice; but, FULL.

What do you think of these grades? 17% DOWNHILL. Whoa!
Beautiful country.

Back at camp we washed our months worth of laundry at $1 per load. Super nice laundry and shower facility. With forecast of below freezing temps, J unhooked our water and turned ON the trailer heated blankets to protect our pipes and connections. The host said IF we were up early we may would see the daily pair of coyotes as they made their rounds on the range near our campground. Upon waking, temp was 16 degrees and the water pipe on the shady side of our rig was frozen solid. Brrrrr The bunnies here were slow as they warmed in the sun. Time to move on.
As we left, there were cows in the road. Had to shoo them to continue our journey.
Guinneas? No...some type of crane in the plowed fields, too.
Sign at a NM Rest Area.
Finally Arizona.
Won't be long.
Looking forward to warmer temps as this trip thus far has mostly been COLD.
See you later by the campfire.
